Local booking and incident requests begin with the Boise County Sheriff Records Section. Requests must be written and specific; the office does not accept records requests by telephone. The official materials do not publish separate records-desk hours or a dedicated booking line.

- For a person housed under Boise County's agreement with Ada County, check the official Ada County custody roster or contact that jail.
